Upload Your Running Videos
Submit two short treadmill videos so we can analyze your running mechanics and generate your Running Movement Score and correction plan.
How to Record Your Videos
Please record two short horizontal videos (10–15 seconds each) while running on a treadmill at your normal training pace.
You will upload:
• Posterior View — recorded from directly behind the treadmill
• Lateral View — recorded from the side
Phone camera tips:
• Place your phone at waist height - horizontal view
• Make sure your entire body is visible
• Keep the camera steady - ideally with a tripod or set on a stable object
• Run at your normal pace
Video Guide
Video 1: Posterior View
Position the camera 8–12 feet behind the treadmill.
This view allows us to evaluate:
• pelvic stability
• step width
• symmetry
• knee alignment
Video 2: Lateral View
Position the camera 6–10 feet to the side of the treadmill.
This view allows us to evaluate:
• cadence
• foot strike location
• knee flexion
• hip extension
• vertical oscillation
